To the other MSU Parents looking for a landlord and housing company on the MSU Campus…. I was searching with my oldest son at the time in 2020, trying to find a safe, reasonably priced, clean apartment for him and his roommate. Not only did he begin renting in Fall of 2020, but his younger brother continued to rent until his move out yesterday July 2026. I can’t say enough about the staff and the units. While the units might not have Bluetooth Shower Heads like the pricy Grand River towers… lol… it’s clean, affordable, comfortable, great college apartments and fantastic locations. Highly recommend and continued success to the Hudgins Family. Go Green & Thank You for helping my boys to have a better MSU Housing Experience!!

I lived at a Hudgins property for 2 years and I have zero complaints. The staff was always quick and reliable and they genuinely seem to care about their residents. The rent was very reasonable given the location and condition of the house. All of the appliances worked well and everything was well taken care of.

Hudgins Realty is the real deal. I was locked out of my room on the weekend and had a very important assignment due Sunday. John personally came to our property within the hour to unlock my door! I cannot say enough good things about their management.
